Global utilizes custom-designed software that tracks the donor’s testing history.

This software ensures accurate sign-in, monitors accounts and balances, keeps detailed records of all tests performed whether on-site or sent to a lab and accurately reports these results to the referring agency.

An entire donor history can be emailed or faxed within minutes after completion of instrument testing. The history shows date and time of test, collector name, types of drugs tested, results of those tests, "no shows", refusals, and validity findings.

Any agency can order their reporting based on personal preference. All test results for an agency testing even hundreds of people on a given day can have one printout with all donors listed and a summary of the results by donor. Or, the choice may be made to have an individualized report for each donor.

Results reports include the substances tested for with a Qualitative “Positive” or “Negative” and levels if desired. Positive results are accompanied by an EMIT® over cut-off light absorption reading, or semi-quantitative assay “nanogram” count. No Show, Refusal and Validity results are also detailed.

Confirmation and MRO results are reported same day of arrival.
